I hung the latest round of tags the night before Easter. They had shorter lines and I photographed them the next morning. I will post thumbnails of more pictures this weekend but here are some of my favorites. I am really pleased with how the grapic black of the bicycle skeleton works with its surroundings.
With the shorter line, the tags are getting stuck in the parking sign pole. Next time I think I will try wire.

The light today was so incredible. The sun was brilliant and the light was reflecting from everywhere. It is rare to see such beautiful light in April because it rains so much. Indeed by evening the clouds had rolled in and rain is on the way. Lots of it. But this morning it was exquisite spring light and I had the camera.
I put some more tags up over the weekend. To my suprise the tags I hung in Williamsburg were still there after two weeks. I will have pictures soon.
When I hung the diva tags, I was disappointed because the 'eyes' were always upside down. Most of my pictures can be viewed upside down. So I chose one of the more abstract ones for my next round of tags.
I must have made the string too long when I hung this round because half of them were gone before I could photograph them. I suppose that I should not wait too long to photograph them. I have been treating the photography as separate from the hanging. But maybe it is one long event with a break for pancakes in the middle.
